Product & Restock

  • Are all ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
    • White Squirrel Clayworks ceramic products are glaze fired to a temp of 2118°F. All of our glazes are non-toxic and food-safe. Every ceramic product is both microwave and dishwasher safe. 
    • What are the soaps and shave products made of?
      • All of our soaps are made from all natural ingredients and vegetable based oils.
    • How long do the candles burn?
      • Our candles suggest to be used in 4 hour increments, which maximizes burn time at 45 hours. 
    • When will an item be restocked?
      • White Squirrel Clayworks works daily making products to replenish our store. Check back daily for updates or request for a "back in stock" email to be sent to you once we have filled your request.





      • How long will it take to process and ship my order?
      • How do can I track my package once it's been shipped?
        • When we ship an order, an update will be emailed to you that will contain a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to become available. 
    • What should I do if my order gets damaged in the mail?
